Burn-Out Syndrome (Stress Training). Workers left out of Game

There is a group of people more regularly may have the disease, they are professionals who are in direct contact with people, such as personal health, education, social workers, etc and according to Maslach are the professionals who work supporting and retaining others

Evidence that affect the individual at the beginning of the onset of the disease, are recognized in several stages and include:

1 .- Overwork

2 .- Overexertion leading to anxiety and fatigue

3 .- demoralization and loss of hope

4 .- Loss of vocation, disappointment toward higher values

5 .- hostile work environment or stressful

To measure the most popular method is the Maslach Burnout Inventory, which consists of 21 items, which are valued, emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment. But you can easily take account answering the following questions:

Is distressed and do not know why?

Have appeared episodes of panic attack?

Do not want to go to work?

He gets up tired as if he had not slept?

Have disturbed sleep or digestive disorders?

Does not pay attention to your work?

Unable to meet business objectives?

You can not interact with peers and / or heads?

You have symptoms of fatigue?

Is seriously considering asking for a license?

The easily run tasks that now seem impossible?

Is unmotivated?
