Some input from Jim Rhon To Be Considered

It was written that Jim Rohn is one of the most renowned philosophers who have been successful. Why? Because his ideas work, have worked so well that nearly an entire generation of personal development coaches acclaim him as their mentor and inspiration

In this paper we have selected some ideas that we represent and we believe are important to be analyzed in terms of our personal development as follows:

Time is the great equalizer of humanity. It takes the best and the worst of everyone regardless of what is involved. Weather offers opportunities but also demands a sense of urgency.

When the game finally ends life, there is no second chance to correct our mistakes. The clock is taking the moments of our lives do not worry about winners or losers. Who does not care about who succeeds or fails. Not interested in excuses, justice or equality. All that matters is how we play the game.

Regardless of a person's current age, there is a sense of urgency that should lead to action now - at this very moment. We should be constantly aware of the value of each moment of our lives - moments that seem so insignificant that their loss often goes unnoticed.

Every time we get a new idea, our subconscious measured and weighed to determine what level is necessary to take action about it. Those ideas are at the top of the scale, receive our immediate attention, those that remain at the bottom receive little or no attention. Whatever the action level correctly determined, the final decision will be made according to our philosophy.

If we have not been able to gather adequate knowledge, or if we failed to refine or add to the knowledge we have, then, a significant number of our decisions lead us away from the lead to success before him. If we have the inclination to spend much time on little things, or much money on these same things, then, will be essential for a closer look at our decision making process.

The world is full of people whose decisions are meant to destroy his chances for success. Those who do not work from a solid philosophy, often do what they did not have to do and not do what they have done. Failed to establish goals and priorities. Vacillate between a decision or another. Feel that they must do something, but they will lack the discipline to make this mental consciousness in action.

What we think determines what we believe what we believe influences what we decide, so we decided to influence who we are and what we attract what we have. If we are not happy with the decisions of the past that led us to be, then, the place to start is with our current thought process.

Insofar as we add new knowledge, we begin to refine our philosophy. To the extent that our beliefs change, so too will our decisions. And as we make better decisions, better results will come.

The development of a sound philosophy, we are prepared to make sound decisions. As an architect, we must learn to visualize in our minds the result we want to get, and then start working on building the foundation to give support to this view

Failure is not a single disastrous event. Do not fail from one day to another. Failure is the inevitable result of the accumulation of thoughts and poor decisions.

To put it more simply, failure is simply repeated misjudgments daily Why would someone make a mistake going to trial and be so foolish as to repeat it every day? The answer is: because that person does not think that matters.

By themselves, our daily acts do not seem to matter. A little carelessness, a bad decision, or waste of an hour, generally do not have a measurable impact and instantaneous. More often than we think, escape the immediate consequences of our actions.

The most dangerous attribute is its subtlety failure. In the short term, it seems that these small errors do not mean any difference. It seems that we will fail. In fact, the accumulation of these errors can occur in times of great joy and prosperity in our lives. Since nothing terrible has happened to us, as there is no immediate consequences to our attention just going to drift from one day to another, repeating the errors, thinking the wrong way, listening to the voices, and making the wrong choices

The challenges and rewards of today are so absorbing to some human beings, which can never pause long enough to think about tomorrow. But what would happen if we were to take the discipline of a few minutes each day to look beyond the present? Would develop the ability to anticipate the consequences that are to happen because of our behavior today.

If we start today to strive and make a conscious and consistent, to change subtle and deadly errors into constructive disciplines, never again will comply with an ordinary life ... Not once we have tasted the fruits of a life of substance!

To change who we are what we want to be, we must start with those basics that affect the way we think. We make big changes in the course of our lives, if we spent more time conscious efforts to refine our philosophy. The interesting thing is that we will not have to change much, because the results will quickly changes us.

The license that we give ourselves to be vague, even momentarily, outside the boundaries of self, establish the subtle trend, over time, causing the erosion of other disciplines that we have imposed. As each discipline affects all others, must be very careful with them all. We can not afford to be lenient with any error, not every other day. Remember, grant us the freedom to continue with an error, has an effect on all our other habits, which at the same time have an effect on our future performance

We must continually be looking at even the smallest misjudgment, we can become new disciplines. Once a cycle of discipline starts, our mistakes are feeling the effect, leaving tangible rewards as they are promptly removed

Give yourself time to learn, time to, time to achieve some "momentum?, Time to finally reach their achievements. It's easy to get impatient with yourself. I remember the first time I tried to tie my shoes, I thought that I would take an eternity. Finally I did and did not last an eternity, but I never learn like that, it was only matter of time.

When you begin to think and say what they really want, then your mind automatically shifts and pulls him in that direction. Sometimes it can be as simple as just making small changes in your vocabulary as you give about your attitude and philosophy
